apologies if this has already been asked, how long have RSG got to lodge their next change in substantial notice?

Based off Aug 31st broker data, it's clear RSG is using SOMS broker to buy (i think this is SOMERS - never heard of them). As in you can easily reconcile the last change in substantial to amount bought and clearly see it's SOMS broker.

Since then SOMS has bought:

25.111 mil on sept 2 at 0.45c
20mil on sept 5 at 0.5c
100,000 shares on sept 6 at 0.45c
250,000 shares on sept 8 at 0.45c
125,000 shares on sept 12 at 0.45c
14.877 mil on sept 13 at 0.45c


There's been no selling at all by SOMS during that time.

Just because it's SOMS buying, doesn't have to mean it's on behalf of RSG, however it's highly highly likely given the volume we're talking - Sept 2, 5 are around $100,000 worth. Sept 13 - ~$63,000 worth.

It's pretty clear it's them buying, how long until they have to release another change in substantial does anyone know?

Last substantial sept 1 had RSG holding at 375.937mil for 14.28%. Appears as though they're trying to get to 19.9% which is approx 526.5mil shares.

I can't see last 3 days broker data (shares haven't settled yet), but from sept 1 - sept 13 they've acquired another ~60.5mil.

So as at sept 13 they got ~436.5mil = ~16.58%.

they got about another 90mil to go to get to 19.99%.

when do they have to release a change in substantial holder notice relating to September acquisitions???
