    Yep, the earnings decline looks like its bottoming out and will improve from here. All as expected given the NBN factor. Mums and Dads wont sell given the divvy outlook, where else will they park there money. With franking credit refunds its on around 7 - 7.5% yield. Better even than Top 4 bank dividend yields currently and without the sort of financial baggage that banks are carrying.
