    As at 31 December 09 net assets are $8.3m. This is after Project Generation Expense of $391K and Merger Expense of $365K.
    Control of Centaurus was effective from 19 Jan 2010 so it will be interesting to see next quarter's results. Looks positive to have $8.3m on hand to work with.
