TDA if I was negotiating a deal and there were other people involved I would be saying that there is alot of people interested. You cannot up the anti if you stay tight lipped about it. I would be extremely comfortable to say that the parties that are interested in this project know each other is or is not interested. This is like, if not, a tender process, where the highest bidder and with the best conditions gets the cake.
It is interesting to note that the 'warring bidders' have not squeeled yet. So IMO there is probably 1 - 3 bidders that WHL energy is prepared to do business with. Whether it is a merger or a JV.
