The way I understand these reports is that they cover activity up until the end of the reporting period, ie. end of December 2011. It would be wrong to talk about progress made in Jan/Feb 2012 in a report that is intended to be just that - a summary and statement of financials for the first 6 months of the financial year (Jun-Dec 2011).
