Concerning the comments regarding the continuation of negotistions, both from solicited and unsolicited did in fact sound quite ambiguous. They, by all chances, may not have finalised any negotiation at all at this point. The big companies swimming about eying off opportunities in east Africa may well be in negotiations with a number of parties, and they will be very careful with the opportunities that they endevour to aquire. Is the Sychelles an area that they are activley persuing. Think about it, of course the big boys will want to enter the room, and assess any company that sprouts the fact that they believe they have the possabilities of 5.8 billion barrels of oil. They will all line up, and all want a look in, but negotiating the farmin may well be harder than we believe it is. I would suggest if they havent put pen to paper yet, it may be a long long time in coming...Either that, or we will get an announcement this week. lol. Who knows. In for a penny in for a pound.
