So let me get this straight. In the last year RNG has:
- written off consolidated losses of 82mAUD! - succeeded in getting "certain private investors" to recapitalise the company with some small change - failed to persuade the public shareholder to recapitalise them with a further 3mAUD - bought Ariona lock stock and barrel with the aforementioned small change
RNG is now trying to persuade FSE creditors to accept them as responsible guardians of FSE's debt and persuade FSE shareholders to cede their holdings to them.
LOSSMASTER - YOU MUST THINK WE ARE STARK STARING MAD! THERE IS NOT ONE SINGLE INDIGENOUS SOUTH AFRICAN IN YOUR ENTIRE OPERATION. HOW DO YOU PROPOSE TO PERSUADE THE DMR THAT YOU HAVE SAFE HANDS TO HOLD SOUTH AFRICAN MINING ASSETS? ALL ACCOUNTING EVIDENCE SUGGESTS THAT RNG IS NOTHING MORE A PARASITIC ENTITY CREATED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF KEEPING DIRECTORS IN LAVISH LIFESTYLES AT THE EXPENSE OF GULLIBLE BANKERS AND SHAREHOLDERS.
RNG IS A BLIGHT ON THE GOOD NAME OF THE ASX AND SHOULD BE DE-LISTED BEFORE IT CAN DO ANY MORE DAMAGE TO THAT GOOD REPUTATION.
