Your guess is as good as anybodies. I really hope that the potential $8 million from the options is at the front of their minds. We obviously don't want just any project to pump up the price, but that's a lot of money. Add to that, they will probably anger a lot of holders too if they expire worthless. Most have probably been holding them for a few years as well.
