Obviously the point of reaching nameplate production is that they begin to operate at a profitable level. The reason for all the debt problems stem from a failure to reach nameplate by the target dates. Cost blowouts and deadlines are never good for any operation but are common with nearly all.
I can't understand why people invest so much of their time on hotcopper talking about companies they think are going to fail...if you don't see any upside you may as well move onto something else rather than linger around...
