BM - investors and the new directors who got issued shares and options at $0.006 and $0.003 (using your figures, haven't gone back to confirm details) while the company was suspended will be at the pre-conversion price / capital structure..
they won't make an instant 10-bagger if MAE happens to relist at $0.06 after the consolidation, their shares (and options) will get adjusted accordingly as well as all historic shareholders
some might argue the directors of this company have taken the p!ss in the past but i don't think they'd ever be that brazen
