Ok it is all spelt out reasonably clearly under the heading of "Going concern" on page 8
Management must flog off the 11 mill shares by end of the month to survive and Waterton must approve the new shareholder diluting their security or come up with another form of creative financing or they are cooked .
Here is hoping management can pull a rabbit out of the hat .
