Hmm. Never know what to think of this company. Seems UBS is controlling the show. UBS is the major shareholder, Managing Director Keen is a former director of UBS and now the latest director van den Elsen is a former director of UBS. van den Elsen lives in Colombia. What is the benefit of having a Colombia based director???

Maybe MHM is heading back to being a speculative mining company.

There is little sign that the company is going to do anything about developing a "real" business. It is over a year since Alcoa announced it was closing its recycling plant in Sydney. Why didn't MHM buy that or some other business.

There is little evidence that the company is being managed properly. eg In this half year announcement sales are about half the corresponding period in the previous year but its production costs were only 10% lower.
Announcements in December and January said that the its recycling business would cease in February but we are now told in the last quarter of this financial year.

If the company doesn't do something are the director just going to sit there until the money runs out.

Come on guys, we need to some direction.
