It may be useful for the sake of your rather thin contentions if you could set out:
(1) the progress made by the company over the last 12 months;
(2) identify what you believe to be the costs of each respective step;
(3) show what you think the actual cost should have been; and then,
(4) identify how you would have done things differently and why it would be cheaper.
