What concerns me about BYL is that no one has publicly offered to buy it or merge with it. It has a solid reputation and its WIH would be very valuable in the current subdued climate. A larger business could take it over and wipe out the under-performing management. It simply must present to potential suitors as an unholy mess, perhaps because of all the family interests.
