It mean that our eligible R&D Expenditure will be 10 mil,
ECT will get refound of 45% which is $4.5 mil
10 mil will come from Brevet to pay for our share of the plant
We will need only $ 5.5 mil from options conversion or revenues, royalties or licensing fees to repay this loan
