To be honest raising working capital is just a normal requirement in the process of growing an emerging company. To sophisticated investors it's all about risk and reward and the risk/reward will be weighted. The PFS backed up by credible tangible data will be a sure way to attract capital, so I agree that after this disclosure we will see a CR, this should be seen as a positive if the boxes are ticked. There is plenty of cash around for the right opportunities. EMH management has not put a foot wrong yet (sound professional management is my number one criteria in selecting companies to invest in) and I like the way they are managing this opportunity. If we had a 'beer and skittles' party every Friday around glossy announcements I would not be in this. For the sake of transparency the advice to get into this company came from the same sources who convinced me to invest in Extract Resources at <$1 (company acquired) - my current holding in EMH via various entities is ~500,000.
