JOGMEC's agreement in August for Panorama North (7,500 ha) valued the entire Panorama project (25,000 ha) at approximately $50m.
Atrum has something like 80,000 ha in total, and I would argue that the Groundhog area should be worth more than the ~$2k/ha attributed to Panorama North alone.
80,000 hectares x $2,000 per hectare = $160m.
Extremely rough calculation, but given a current market cap of $80m, the stock is undervalued.
