the 2 things the asx needed done as far a relisting goes have now been completed so the only hold up is the action by BGC lets hope it was thrown out or sent to mediation, I believe BGC would have more of a claim against KAGARA and their administrators as CSD/ SPM had to acquire the BGC MRA as part of the asset acquisition, CSD/SPM are now in the same position as KAGARA was except the mill is now turning and revenue is coming, an update from the co would be nice as the case was a week ago.
