Ironic given that the statement in the Half Yearly report says ASIC were looking in to continuous disclosure issues in regards to RRP. Yet, the company chose to bury this update in a Half Yearly report release which covers the period up to June 30.

You would think the company would be right on the front foot given this ASIC situation, but they chose to bury it in the report, announced 6 days after they became aware of it.

I thought communication from management may have improved after the amount of correspondence they supposedly received after last weeks delisting rumour. hopefully they turn a new leaf soon.

The comments re working with Advisers in relation to the capital raise are just an excuse in my opinion.

Past ASX announcements make interesting reading in regards to this. In the announcement on 30/1/17 management advised that the ASX had made them aware of the 20% free float rule on 14/11/16 (10 months ago). They had discussions with ASX, which appeared to cease on 25/1/17 with ASX advising they required the 20% free float rule to be met.

So, what has been happening for the last 7.5 months, and specifically the last 2 months since the current suspension came in to play??

The company would seem to be deliberately delaying the CR, or their advisers don't seem overly competent. it is now 2 months since the last suspension.

I don't have any issues if they are looking for a good acquisition to raise capital, just use some Continuos disclosure and come out and tell us.
