The report clearly reflects the management is not concerned about the scenario where a CR will be UNsuccessful. There are only two possibilities;
1- They are not concerned about the future of the company if there is no funding to continue projects - DB, we have heard it a few times, "GK has 160m shares to "worry" about" ... (?).
2- They are confident they can source funds. e.g. a loan from GK.
I will not speculate about the first scenario ... at least to avoid the focus being shifted away from the 2nd, which is much more likly and important.
The question then is, does anyone see anything smell fishy in that? That the directors do not seem to be phased or take the appropriate proactive measures to avoid the company burning its cash, its SP drop, in turn hindering a CR, perhaps so that there will be opportunity for someone (the director as the case previously) provide the loan .... which of course will not be free?
Any thoughts on whether ASX/ASIC may then be interedted in that PARTICULARLY given what eas written in the report about their lack of serious concern for something that is a serious threat to SH's value in the company?
