You could well be right with the outcome but whether more PRL is bought at 0003 or 0004 does not matter that much to the cost. It is $1000 extra per million shares. I don't see the risk reward scenario of buying more at 0003 when we can buy at 0004 via the offer on positive news. That is my 2c. By the way I hope we see 2c soon!!
