You may be right Mistie, but wouldn't any large costs be considered price sensitive news to a company the size of MZN?
I'm not sure the can just bury the news in a quartely or half yearly report.
They had $1.1m in current liabilities at the end of June, which was well before the court case concluded, so I reckon the current liabilities is probably just an accumulation of unpaid accounts.
I could be wrong though.
