I agree, it is emphatically material and price sensitive in some eyes for a company the size of MZN. They possibly would like to bury it and the past if they could.
In addition, in regards to the recent capital raising via the ASX release dated 8 December 2017 and titled “Marindi to raise $4.4 million dollars to fund exploration in WA and NT”, they also failed to mention that shareholders’ funds would be utilised to pay $1M+ to Kidman Resources as a result of the MZN BoDs failed bus chasing exercise …
I would of thought that ~25% of funds raised not going into exploration type spending would be material also and documented far better so that potential shareholders/shareholders can make an informed decision before parting with their hard-earned, IMO.
