It could mean as much as much as $35M in Dividends could be paid as franked (about 7c/share not necessarily in One yr) could be distributed as Franked Dividends without NAGs having to pay anything to ATO. That is $15.3M/divided by 30% (Co Tax rate) minus the $15.3m . But I am not up to speed on this so it's rough estimate only. Anyone know the formulae re Tax Losses and how they are applied?
