"The cash flow forecast includes a number of assumption regarding settlement of its obligations, continued profitability
from its operating assets and obtaining additional funding. As the Company has not yet confirmed a number of its
assumptions or secured its additional funding, this results in a material uncertainty that may cast a significant doubt
about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern and, therefore, that it may be unable to realise its assets and
discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business at amounts stated in the half year report."
