If cash starts to build up within the partnership you would think that it would at some stage be distributed to the partners .
Likewise if cash ran short within the partnership then the partners would have to put cash in or the partnership entity would need to take out a loan , which would likely need to be guaranteed by the partners .
Think further drilling at CH .
