so pure form is 130k a ton

I do notice that plays originally targeted the metal, but now are after these salts which is what the battery makers want.
Laterites can do it as you said but they usually need very large resource to justify cost of expensive processing facility.

So I'll be pretty interested to see what the copper credits can actually do. That might pay for a fair bit, the cobalt being money for jam.
