My concern at this point is that they are running out of cash and will need to do another CR very soon and dilute our stock AGAIN like they have every year. From memory they are allowed to do this up to 10 or 15% every year without even requesting shareholder permission. I feel quite confident they have still not been operating at capacity because obviously that is something they would benefit from telling the market. Their persistent silence says to me that they are still struggling to get anything done. Very frustrating
