There are NO OFFTAKES as all graphite has to be processed before qualifications and no end user will EVER sign a financially binding supply agreement with no guarantee that the concentrate will exhibit the same metallurgical and chemical markers.
Graphite is NOT the same as iron ore, cobalt, lithium, or copper....the afore mentioned can have financially binding offtakes as the end user processes the ore...no customer have the ability to process graphite contained ore.
There are NO OFFTAKES as all graphite has to be processed before...
