There are a few announcements dear 'non holder' from the company earlier this year stating binding offtakes achieved with two chinese customers.
These offtakes will no doubt play an important role in securing financing.
Not sure what your getting at but provided Triton can move to production then yes 'WE HAVE BINDING OFFTAKES' that will need to be honored unless there is a breach of contract.
