A$1.2 Million in shares is NOT THE SAME as a CIA supply agreement! Any cash in advance sales for a traditional offtake agreement would show as a customer receipt of sales and from my last review of the TON quarterly financials, there is a A$0 for customer receipts. The funds / placements are being used for the DFS and not any commercial production CAPEX.
And by the way, Shandong Tianye is NOT AN END USER!!!!! They are broad based investment / management group involved in real estate, finance, and mining not the use of graphite as a raw material.
