ffs this isn’t a asx300 company it’s a company short on cash that if they are forking out well over $300k pa for 2 staff should be getting full time work of out of them.
If he had stayed a NED with the associated pay packet then sure he should be on multiple boards.... he is our Managing Director not a NED.
