Whilst the revenue trends in the 3 major segments are growing on a consistent basis, profits particularly in the US and UK are persistently erratic. Unfortunately there is little in the accounts to give clarity to the inconsistencies and the commentary is typically austere. That said, this is the company I worry least about, management quality and gearing levels put the company in a high safety category for me.

Without doing the math, one of my data providers shows an annual shareholder return of over 18% over the last 10 years. Not one person has ever tipped Wellcom to me so i guess that shows the value of doing your own research.

I agree with all you have said.

These guys are in an incredibly competitive industry but clearly, they know how to stay in the main game.

I have been a holder since March 2014 and my most recent top up was when the sp was around $4 in December 2017.
My software tells me I am up 37% in capital gain, the dividends are on top of that.
WLL is the longest held company in my portfolio and I would normally expect a better return over a five year period, but I have a belief that it will continue to perform well into the future. It's value is currently around 6% of my portfolio.
