9.8% grossed up yield. Over 1/3 of market capitalisation is in cash or listed/unlisted investments. Solid, capable, conservative management with a track record of delivering. Growing infrastructure pipeline in Aust. Anyone see anything to dislike about the guys??
Provisions are about booking revenue when work is actually done. Yes, it could be manipulated by some companies but suggest just look at these guys track record.
