I am unsure how a company can announce a completed placement on 5/2/19 and then only release 2*3B's with under 50% of the 61+m shares issued.
On 21/2 AEE releases the SPP and says: The Company expects the second tranche on or about Friday 1 March...

More than 2 weeks later... crickets.
Meanwhile, the SPP closed last Friday and still no announcement.
Why would anyone participate in the SPP at 0.016 when you can buy on market for 0.012-0.013? Because of some free oppies? That would give a value of 0.004 per oppie which is well overs at the current SP.
