mate, I'm an auditor for junior miners at the moment and the going concern is as standard as they come to cover the auditors and entities back. Financial statements cannot be cleared without a clear path to keep the company going, which includes cashflow forecasts for the next year and pretty much a guaranteed cap raise twice a year to cover both the half year review and the full year audit. Your statement earlier is misleading to say the least about SKI not jumping in because of going concern. Name me one junior miner that does not have a going concern significant risk attached to it.
