You mean "if" the continuing concern notice is a forward looking statement made by auditors on the spec mining world... it doesn't take a genius to work out.. if a spec mining / explorer junior who doesn't secure funding for the intended project.. will run out of money and need more capital raises to keep the company afloat..
AUZ doesn't have lack of funds right now... they just did a placement...
It is purely a forward looking statement saying "if" they don't secure funding they will need further dilution to keep the business running...
So no... linking this going concern statement with why SKI didn't buy in is absolutely absurd to the 10th degree..
It was an option for a discount.. SKI didnt want the option.. we still have an ongoing LFC being done with them as we speak, they are still our 100% OT partner. As we speak..
All the rest is purely unsubstantiated information as to "why" they didn't take the options..
