You can have a fully certified facility but not use all the certifications. Dongfang Modern (owners of Bio Health) have made it clear that the medical side has been provided for in future plans, but the current expansion into the new factory is to triple production of existing profitable lines in food and health supplements. No-one has to call them, it’s all in the announcements:
