Sobriety tests are purely judgement based, and studies have shown them to be biased to people's prejudices.

I doubt they will go to 0 tolerance, I am thinking they will develop better test methods. Most banned or impairment drugs can be tested for, with relatively high accuracy to usage within the last 12-24 hours.

Cannabis is an outlier because of how it is stored in fat, and the impact of repeat vs single usage.
