    I really don't get it, I do agree it impairs judgement, I do agree we need better testing, I do agree with not condoning it, but yet somehow I'm wrong because I think the level of impairment varies from drug to drug. Should we use anesthetic drugs on people who are undergoing surgery, or just give them a couple of pain killers? It's all the same, right?
