Are you attending the EGM?? if you are, I suggest you voice your concerns and get all your questions answered.
If you think the management has done something out of ASX guild lines, I strongly suggest you pick up the phone and call the ASX and ASIC and report them. No one will blame you for dogging the management in. You are just protecting your investment.
