Mate have u ever been stoned or drunk ever in ur life to be able to tell the difference..? I assure you there is a huge difference to being drunk and being stoned... THE problem with drug testing is the test is flawed as it doesn't differentiate between being "impaired" and just having traces of THC in ur system from the day before... At the moment there is a petition to have the actual drug test reviewed for those exact reasons as Medical Marijuana users are being charged and their lives ruined because the test is so inaccurate... No other country uses this test due to its inaccuracy and its inadequacy in identifying drivers that are actually impaired and those that that aren't but have traces of THC in their system.. no one wants impaired drivers on the road whether that be weed, alcohol or any other stimulant but why charge people that ARE NOT IMPAIRED...? imagine if you were charged because u had traced of alcohol in ur system but not actually impaired...? Would you accept that as being fair..?
