Speaking to management isn't always a safe bet, look at MXC for example.

I would encourage a combination of both DYOR and speaking to management for any investment that you do.
Dispute what people say here I believe Shalom to be a very genuine person who is giving everything he has to build this company.

Neil respects anonymity and if you contact him with your questions under your HC name I have no doubt he will respect that and do his best to adress your concerns provided you aren't asking questions that can only be released through an official announcement.
The offer is there for everyone and IMO only people who have something to hide/an agenda aren't taking up his offer.
