I think anyone looking at this from one step removed would come to the conclusion that FAR are actually looking better by the day re PE. The fact the CN has kept quiet has helped and the only CEO looking stupid is employeed by WPL.
FAR is and acts like a small oil explorer and all that comes with that if you want a dividen low risk option try an oil major otherwise except the rough with the smooth or in our case just the crap and post on HC for therapy BUT you FAR is actingly its age/Market Cap.
