Ann: Half Year Accounts, page-2

Hi investors and visitors. My summary follows;

• $820,447 loss for the half year to 31 December 2019,

• $MOH has multiple tenements with the focus right now being on Empress Springs & Burracoppin, their highly prospective gold projects,
• The company also has tenements for their Silver Swan project area which contains nickel sulphide and gold,
• $1.28m refundable tax offset for eligible research and development expenditure has been received (Feb 2020).

Burracoppin Gold Exploration

• 22km West of the Edna May gold mine in WA,
• 814 shallow auger holes were drilled to test aeromagnetic and gravity targets and gold in soil anomalies,
• 380 holes identified the Northern Gold Anomaly "Crossroads", where there were gold anomalies of >25 ppb & >100 ppb which is significant,
• Rocks in the area are similar to the Tampia Gold Deposit (8.2 Mt @ 1.7g/t Au),
• Regolith mapping is planned for this area,
• The The Southern Gold Anomaly "Golden Hind" was also identified,
• >25 ppb gold identified,
• Further testing planned (including drilling) for Q1 2020,
• Auditor's report accompanies this announcement.

Silver Swan North

• Sept 2018 Moho's maiden RC drilling program at the Silver Swan project area discovered new zones of high-grade gold mineralisation,
• Infill drilling was completed at East Sampson Dam towards outlining a gold resource. Depending on these results, Moho could commence production in late 2020,
• Assay results were released in Feb 2020 and included shallow (sub-100m) gold strikes at wall lengths of 1m - 15m, and grades from .50g/t up to 24.61g/t. (Note: Given the depth of these findings, and the grades, it's super economical to extract with current gold prices.),
• Flora & Fauna Survey for this aforementioned project showed a single nest mound (Mallee Fowl) 700m south of the East Sampson Dam prospect (which will be avoided when/if works commence),
• Aboriginal Heritage Sites Survey showed no sites of archaeological or ethnographic significance.

Additional Targets @ Silver Swan North

• Nickel Sulphide Exploration has commenced on Moho's tenement E27/613 (14.8km²) located approx. 7km north-west of the high-grade Silver Swan Nickel Sulphide Deposit,
• This tenement has had no nickel exploration to date,
• Moho is undertaking a detailed assessment of data over the tenement to confirm targets for exploration. This includes field verification, mapping, soil and rock chip sampling, and potentially ground gravity and SQUID EM survey,
• Moho did work with the CSIRO 'Litho-geochemical "fingerprinting" project. The basics is this project aims to identify ultramafic stratigraphy that may be prospective for nickel sulphide mineralisation,

Empress Springs

• 50km from Croydon,
• Total exploration permit area of 773km²,
• Joint venture with IGO Limited ($IGO),
• 70 drill holes completed in 2019 confirmed and clarified mineralisation that was previously identified by Moho,

Yappar Prospect

• Results are pretty fresh, drilling was used to explore altered rocks in the area,
• Mineralisation seems to point towards other minerals, not primarily gold,
• Further investigation to come.

Wilson Bore Prospect

• 5 aircore holes were drilled to test mineralisation,
• Anomalous gold was intersected over a distance of 1.4km,
• Shallow strikes (sub-100m) with average intervals and low grades (Note: These were just discovery or identification strikes),
• Also identified some silver.

Arrowhead Prospect

• 10 holes drilled to test mineralisation,
• Shallow strikes (sub-100m) with average intervals and low grades (Note: These were just discovery or identification strikes),
• The strikes were examined by Dr. Brauhart for Arrowhead West and Yappar prospects. Dr. Brauhart stated "these 'distal' alteration and metal associations are regarded as highly prospective" and that "the scale of the mineral system revealed by the available data warrants further enthusiastic exploration".
