What happens if the "potential rebound" doesn't occur?
Sounds like the graphite market isn't too good at the moment and waiting on a "potential rebound". I wonder if financiers are also going to wait on a "potential rebound".
Perhaps project fundamentals are currently as good as some seem to think, but let's hope that "potential rebound" occurs.
