The section on the LNY Home page was succinct very much to the point. Summed up what is happening.
There was only a one liner (below) on Coking assets. They are looking for a JV partner for NZ and Coking coal and they are concentrating on developing the Agate Creek asset... which makes sense.
They have the cash to build a processing plant , develop the existing lease and also purchase more leases in the area. I guess if I was SB that is exactly what I would do. Lots of negotiations would be going on. IMO it all adds up to why no announcements until finalised.
