The problem is that their silence could mean one of two things -

It might mean, as you say: "Lots of negotiations would be going on. IMO it all adds up to why no announcements until finalised".
Or it might mean - nothing is going on and there is nothing to announce.

Unfortunately, without any progress announcements their is no way to know and betting it's the first interpretation amounts to not much more than gambling. And the longer we go without an announcement the more likely the second interpretation becomes.

In the extract from the LNY homepage it says "The AgateCreek long term plan". I'd like to hear what their short term plan is.
