It was on a knifes edge this week with the last moment completion and lodgement by the auditors . Many thanks to that brave and deep pocketed shareholder who in these grave market and uncertain times whipped their Cheque book out and wrote a Cheque to pay the large outstanding bills over the last year and the auditors bills so that they could lodged. Without them and their money, there would be no Winmar anymore next week as it would have been delisted .

One major river crossed now , with more to come, let’s hope that these new benefactors don’t run out of money, will and faith in the company. The next step will be to clean up then board , announce a new team and start rebuilding again . Yes there a few more tests ahead , but a least we are not delisted due to non lodgement of accounts and that would led to losing the hammersly asset into the prying shark hands of Tony Sage . And bad luck to all those doomsayers who thought we would be finished by the end of today. Sorry but your vitriol is countered here as hatred is a negative energy that was unfortunately repelled by the forces of good that embraced Winmar to save it from opportunistic forces that prey on the week and vulnerable.
