The written agreement posted in a number of places was that a max of $700k per month could be issued to Negma. Some sensible people might assume they can plan based on that. Suddenly it's not true? Suddenly they can issue $1 million or more? So based on that they could wait till the end of the period and issue the whole lot in one payment. You are right congratulations Frank. Bad luck shareholders (imo).
